We arrange courses in whitewater kayking on the Trysil / Femundselva river. We start off the first day in quiet waters with entering and exiting the kayak, different paddlestrokes, buddy-rescue and an introduction to the eskimo-roll. On day two we paddle a grade II stretch of river. We begin the day by practising the techniques from the previous day, after which we try paddling some easy yet challenging rapids. Gradually we learn different paddletechniques such as: traversing, entering and exiting eddies, buddy-rescue and the eskimo-roll. We will start at your level and increase the challenges as you progress. The course includes a hot meal and coffee on both days.

· Price: NOK 975, 2 days NOK 1850 (minimum 3 persons)
· Participants drive their own cars to the river.
