The southern parts of Trysilelva river is a calmer section of water an that is the setting for our family rafting. The river changes from safe slowmoving sections where we can bathe if we wish, to rapids that will put butterflies in your stomach and waves that will make everyone wet. The familyrafting trip ends at Elgfossen rapids. Here the waves are the biggest and we can try to surf with the raft. The nature experience is as big a part of this trip as the rafting, and it is suitable for children from 7 years of age, who know how to swim, in company of an adult. When we have changed in to dry clothes we grill hot dogs and drink juice or coffee before we go home.
