We start out on foot up to Rødhammeren, where we get an introduction to ropes, safety and climbingtechniques. Then everyone tries climbing the rock, and those who wish can also learn how to belay a climber. When our muscles start acing we light a fire and grill hot dogs before we go back down to the cars.
